Transition

The transition from Year 6 (primary school) to secondary school is a big milestone—for both children and parents. It’s exciting, but it can also bring some anxiety because of all the changes involved.  

Year 6 Transition at City Academy Norwich - we have 4 transition days each year - this years dates are as follows:

Tues 7th July 2026 : Year 6 SEND Transition Day

Wed 8th - Fri 10th July - All Year 6 Transition Days

Note for Parents /Carers:  We have a Year 6 Parent Information Evening on Thu 9th July from 5pm - 6pm.
